For a small fee, Bad Computer can remotely connect to your computer (as long as your are running windows and able to connect to the internet).
To connect to your computer, we need you to contact us first.
You can do that by calling 01225 462130 or by using our online messaging service.
We will advise you of the fee in units, each unit are £20.
Most issues can be resolved using one or two units.
You can buy the number of units required by using our PayPal service, please do not buy more units than required.
Units are valid for one remote support session.
