We understand that you need your computer to be repaired now and we will do the best to do so. However in most cases, if the hardware is at fault, it can take a little while to source the parts.

We can usually repair the equipment within 48 hours. Diagnostic is free, and we operate a no fix no fee service.
In most cases the machine will be repaired onsite unless we consider it is cheaper to take the machine away,
in which case will quote you for the repairs.
